Fees/dues

Every Stand site will be mowed yearly.  You have the option to mow your locations with your own equipment and the fees will be waived.

If management moves and relocates your stand. Member should make every effort to be present during relocation. Needs paid at time of service. **Lease Management is not responsible for damage to stands**

If management has to utilize lease equipment to get you out. Needs paid at the time of service.

Applies to any membership dues or fee's that are not paid on time. 

Includes yearly membership, camper spot, and 2 stand sites.
